RoadSoup ("RS") and All American Asphalt ("AAA") are thrilled to announce a strategic partnership to expand the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality, innovative and environmentally-sound asphalt materials. This collaboration will provide customers with improved access to durable, sustainable and cost-effective products and enhanced service.

The partnership will focus on producing and distributing world-class Bulk material by the ton and 50-lb bagged cold-mix asphalt, and will benefit customers in much of California and adjacent geographies. Both companies are committed to delivering exceptional value and contributing to sustainable paving, repair and infrastructure projects and development. With the clear objective to reduce carbon emissions, RS gives AAA the ability to produce our materials through their existing asphalt plants at ambient temperatures with zero heat added during the process!

RS sells revolutionary cold-mix asphalt solutions that are uniquely durable, easy and cost effective to use, and employs 100% Recycled Asphalt Aggregates in the mix design promoting environmental sustainability and innovation. The polymer-based RS solution is superior to competing emulsions; bonds are better and durability is unmatched. RS offers strong material that can be easily applied to asphalt, concrete, and dirt potholes, utility cuts, manhole and water valve surrounds, metal trench plates, and new road construction - all cold applied!

The asphalt industry has long been associated with significant carbon emissions stemming from traditional production processes. As the global community intensifies its commitment to combat climate change, there is a growing imperative to reevaluate and transform industrial practices. This urgency is particularly pronounced in the asphalt sector, where the environmental impact of carbon emissions during asphalt production and application is a concern.

Potholes cost your city and constituents tens of thousands of dollars every year especially when using the old, expensive way to repair them! "There are two essential elements necessary to a strong city: A thriving economy that creates opportunity and pays the bills, and a city government that delivers the core services that improve the quality of our life - safe streets, clean streets, and streets in good repair.” -Eric Garcetti (Los Angeles Mayor) The actual material costs in fixing a pothole is only 20% of the entire pothole. The remaining 80% is in labor and transportation. It cost $1,500 just to get a crew out to the site. Think of all the time and energy wasted to gas up the machines, maintain the equipment, assuring the asphalt mix stays hot, cleaning the potholes, putting the materials down, and hoping it doesn’t come out after the next rain. Oh, and the weather has to be perfect for this method to be applied! Let me introduce you to the new economical and environmentally friendly way to maintain your roads.
